How we work
Our aim is to secure you the most qualified Candidate for the role as well as ensuring that they will not only fit within your culture but add to it. In order to do this, we will:
Connect & List
Gain an understanding of your business, company culture, job description and must have skills for the position either over the phone or face to face
Conduct a detailed search of our database of pre-qualified Candidates and reach out to our extensive network
Advertise across relevant job board platforms and social media
Screen & Shortlist
Screen applications and personally meet with selected Candidates to assess whether they meet the requirements of the role and business
Carry out referencing – always speaking to a director or manager of most recent roles – and check qualifications
Provide a detailed summary to you on each shortlisted Candidate for discussion and approval – we don’t inundate you with unsuitable CVs, we will only send the right people
Offer psychological assessments using tests such as Caliper or DiSC to gain greater insight into a Candidate’s personality characteristics
Interview & Review
Arrange interviews for shortlisted Candidates, who will be fully briefed on the role
Manage interview feedback at each stage
Hire & Grow
Manage job offers, negotiate terms and prepare initial letter of offer to be signed off by you
Continued service with regular touch points which give you real feedback from the Candidate on how they are tracking in their new role
