Are you an experienced EA ready for a new challenge? Our client, a top-performing real estate team in the Inner City, is looking for a driven and organised professional to help them achieve their ambitious goals for 2025. With close to 200 transactions sales annually, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional.
The Role:
This is an operational leadership position where you’ll take ownership of the team’s performance and processes. From coordinating prospecting efforts to refining systems and keeping everything on track, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the team’s success. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering balance and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the operations of a high-performing EBU.
- Overseeing prospecting activities and ensuring targets are met.
- Streamlining systems and processes to maximise efficiency and results.
- Providing high-level operational support and acting as the central point of coordination for the team.
- Encouraging accountability and maintaining a focus on team performance
- Experience in a busy, high-volume real estate sales environment.
- Cert of Registration or Class 2 licence is required.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills—you’ll be steering the team.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- $100K–$120K PLUS commissions, depending on experience.
- A Monday to Friday role—no weekend work required!
