Our client is a well-established company seeking a motivated professional to join their team.
This role offers a fantastic portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings in the Eastern Suburbs, with a supportive office environment in North Sydney.
About the Role:
• Manage a portfolio of 55–60 buildings (around 700 lots).
• Small to medium sized buildings only.
• Chair approximately two night meetings per week.
• Collaborate with a shared admin assistant for repairs, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience managing a strata portfolio, preferably small to medium-sized buildings.
• Strong knowledge of strata legislation and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to attend night meetings as required
• Work full-time from the North Sydney Office.
