Site Foreman

We’re on the lookout for two experienced Site Foremen to join a respected Property Developer/Construction Group with an impressive 10-year pipeline of high-density residential apartment projects. These roles are key to ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery on-site:

• Finishes Foreman: Oversee the final details and ensure the project is ready for handover.
• Facade Foreman: Lead the external works that define the building’s character.

The role:

As a Site Foreman, you’ll play a critical role in day-to-day site management. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing construction sites by coordinating trades and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Conducting quality assurance inspections and ensuring work meets the highest standards.
• Leading WH&S inductions and ensuring site compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolving challenges to keep the project on track and moving forward.

To succeed in these roles, you’ll need:

• Cert IV in Building/Construction and at least 5 years of experience as a site supervisor.
• A proven track record in high-density residential apartments.
• Strong knowledge of building procedures, regulations, and the ability to interpret plans.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Confident with weekly toolbix talks with subbies and other staff
