Our client, a Residential Developer Construction Group in Sydney, boasts a substantial project pipeline for the next 5-10 years. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable, and sustainable living spaces for both customers and communities. With construction set to begin on 5 new sites, we are currently looking for a Site Foreman to join the team and work on these exciting high-density residential towers in Western Sydney.
The Role:
In the role of Site Foreman, you will be directly accountable to the Site Manager and responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, backed by a well-equipped team. Your duties will include managing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and meeting deadlines. This position is ideal for someone seeking a career-defining opportunity that will elevate their standing in the industry through exposure these incredible projects,
Skills & Experience:
Cert4 in Building/Construction and at least 5 years as a site supervisor. Must have experience with high-density residential apartments. Proven ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of building procedures, regulations, and interpreting plans, permits, and contracts. High interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well under pressure, organized, and good at multitasking. Excellent written and verbal communication, skilled in Work Health and Safety standards, and attention to detail.
