What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio (adjusted based on your experience) and delivering top-notch service to clients and tenants.
• Using industry-leading tools to ensure seamless property management.
• Be the go-to person for all property matters – but leave the leasing and accounts to others!

What We Need from You:

• Solid experience as a Property Manager with a proven track record in portfolio management.
• Familiarity with Property Tree, IRE, and Inspection Express (a big plus!).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills – we need a superstar!
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License (must have).
• A proactive, client-focused attitude – you live for delivering outstanding service!
