Working as part of a property Management team of 7 and with a sound shoulder to lean on with an industry-respected Department Head, the job involves managing 180 residential properties, including landlord communication, rental arrears, rent reviews and renewals, insurance claims, high-level repairs/renovations, and tribunal attendance. You'll work with PropertyTree, Flick it over and Inspection Manager, and there's no need to worry about accounts, leasing, business development, or periodic inspections.
To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate previous experience in the Senior Property Management Industry. A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is also required, along with a reliable car and a current NSW Driver's License.
