Senior Property Manager

We’re working with a fantastic agency in Double Bay that has built a strong reputation and a tight-knit, long-term team who truly enjoy what they do. They’re now on the lookout for a Senior Property Manager to step into a clean, high-end portfolio – with plenty of support and no weekend work.

Why you’ll want this job:

• Monday to Friday only
• Be part of a stable team with excellent staff retention
• Parking provided – no more morning parking battles
• Ongoing training, team events & a supportive Department Head
• Up to $120K + phone + parking

What the role looks like:

• Manage a tidy residential portfolio (around 200 properties)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee arrears, lease renewals, rent reviews, and insurance claims
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and handle occasional tribunal matters
• Use Property Tree and Inspection Manager

Who we’re looking for:

• You’ve got experience managing a portfolio at senior level
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Have a reliable car and valid NSW Driver’s Licence
• You’re organised, personable, and genuinely care about your clients
