What’s In It for You?
- Monday to Friday role with 1 day of WFH per week.
- Salary package up to $120K plus bonuses.

- No accounts, leasing, BDM, or periodic inspections
- Oversee a portfolio of 160 properties in Sydney’s stunning Eastern Beaches
- Manage landlord relationships, arrears, rent reviews & renewals
- Handle high-level repairs, renovations & insurance claims
- Attend tribunal hearings when required
- Work with leading industry tech – PropertyMe, Inspection Manager & Air Table
- Experienced Property Manager with a proven track record
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Reliable car & current NSW Driver’s License
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- A proactive, professional & team-focused mindset
