Your Role

• Manage 160 residential strata apartments
• Landlord and tenant communication
• Rental arrears, rent reviews, and renewals
• Periodic and outgoing inspections
• Repairs, renovations, and insurance claims
• Tribunal attendance when required
• Use PropertyTree, Inspection Manager, Flick it Over, Snug

What You’ll Need

• Strong Property Management ( at least 3 years)
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Reliable car and NSW Driver’s License
