The Role:

Step into a Senior Property Manager position with a team with low staff turnover and a supportive environment. We're looking for a driven go-getter ready to make an impact by managing a well-maintained portfolio of 180 residential properties alongside an Assistant Property Manager, including:

• Liaising with landlords to foster strong relationships
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance
• Managing rental arrears and outgoings
• Mid-week leasing
• Landlord and Tenant management
• Did I mention no Saturday work and no accounts?
• Use of PropertyTree and Inspection Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• A current Certificate of Registration and Driver’s License
• Proven experience in Property Management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• A team player who’s always ready to lend a hand
• A self-motivated PM with exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills
