The role:
Manage a portfolio of 180 well maintained residential properties, focusing on delivering exceptional service to landlords. Your responsibilities include:
- Communication with landlords
- Managing arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
- Overseeing repairs, renovations, and insurance claims
- Tribunal attendance when required
- STRICTLY NO leasing, accounts, business development, or periodic inspections for you to worry about
- PropertyMe software
- A secure Monday-to-Friday role with one WFH day.

- Experience in Senior Property Management
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Reliable car and valid NSW Driver’s License
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese? Even better!
- Monday to Friday with one day WFH after probation
