Senior Property Manager

You will need:

• A minimum of 5 years in Property Management, ideally in a senior capacity.
• A current Class 2 Real Estate Licence would be ideal
• Drivers license and reliable car
• Exceptional organisational abilities & high-level communication skills
• Capability to manage a portfolio/ pod independently.
• Knowledge of PropertyMe, Inspection Manager and IRE would be favourable

 
The role:

• Oversee a well-maintained portfolio in a 3 person pod-based system
• Build and nurture relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day property management tasks, including inspections, maintenance, arrears, and lease renewals.
