  • Unique & Impactful Projects – Be part of a one-of-a-kind development that is reshaping the industrial space
  • End-to-End Project Control – Full responsibility from design through to delivery
  • Autonomy & Leadership – Report directly to senior stakeholders while working with a close-knit, experienced team
  • Work in a hugely unique space new to the Australian market - expand your skillset in this niche space
Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial property
  • Construction / Property degree qualified or trade background essential
  • Hands-on knowledge of building processes and fit-outs
  • Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
