- Take over existing industrial/commercial assets – overseeing fit-outs and ensuring smooth tenancy transitions
- Lead the next major development phase – managing projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with a high-performing, well-funded, and privately held team
- Have direct input into shaping future projects in a business that values expertise and long-term vision
- Working from Baulkham Hills 4 days per week and onsite one day per week near Mittgong

- 8+ years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial property
- Construction / Property degree qualified or trade background essential
- Hands-on knowledge of building processes and fit-outs
- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ability to identify risks and proactively manage issues throughout a project lifecycle
- High attention to detail, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
- Excellent communication and leadership skills – ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple moving parts
