What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating leads and prospecting new opportunities
- Managing buyer enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
- Coordinating property inspections, appraisals, and open homes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Preparing marketing materials and managing property listings
- Ensuring seamless communication between clients and the Director
- At least 12 months of experience in a real estate sales associate role
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
- Competitive salary plus commissions
