We’re an established, boutique temp agency based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Our vibe? Professional but relaxed. We work with a tight-knit base of loyal, exclusive clients, and our reputation is second to none. Our current much loved Consultant is making a regional lifestyle change hence the need for a new person to join our tight knit team.

Now we’re looking for a superstar recruitment consultant to take the reins of one of our busiest desks. This is more than just account management – we need someone who’s also got the drive to build business, nurture relationships, and place top-tier talent into exciting roles across Sydney’s real estate and business support space.

The Role:

• Step into a warm, active temp desk with huge growth potential
• Manage temp bookings end-to-end – from candidate onboarding to placement
• Handle client and candidate comms like a pro
• Fill a mix of roles across business support (admin, reception, EA, sales support)
• Drive business development and bring in fresh opportunities
• Partner with our in-house Marketing Manager on content and branding
• Attend client meetings, site visits, networking events
• Handle weekly payroll, invoicing & compliance (don’t worry, admin support is on hand!)

Who You Are:

• Ideally experienced in temp or perm recruitment, OR from a strong sales/real estate background
• Super organised, with the ability to pivot and problem-solve like a champ
• Passionate about people and building long-term relationships
• Confident, capable, and always thinking one step ahead
