Receptionist

We’re looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join a busy and successful real estate office in Ryde. This role is perfect for someone with a Certificate of Registration who’s ready to grow their career with a supportive team in a dynamic environment.

• Salary up to $65k with clear career progression into Property Management
• Monday to Friday + every second Saturday
• Work with a supportive, professional, and high-performing team

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming clients and being the friendly face of the office
• Answering and managing phone and email inquiries
• Providing administrative support to the sales and property management teams
• Learning and assisting with real estate tasks to prepare for future roles

About You:

• Hold a Certificate of Registration in real estate (essential)
• Professional and highly organised with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a passion for customer service
• Motivated, eager to learn, and looking to grow within the industry
