Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls professionally; greet clients and visitors warmly
- Create and manage marketing materials, social media posts, and EDM campaigns
- Maintain the CRM database, upload property listings, and draft correspondence
- Ensure front desk is organized and inviting; manage office supplies
- Support Property Management by liaising with clients, contractors, and tenants
- 6+ months in a professional setting, real estate experience a plus
- Strong interest in a real estate career, quick to learn new systems
- Proficient with social media; marketing knowledge a bonus
- Professional appearance, great phone manner, and attention to detail
- Proactive, multitasking skills, and multilingual is a plus
- Certificate of Registration or actively working towards it
