Property Manager / Junior Property Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Property Manager or a Property Officer wanting to step up into a Property Manager role.
Work alongside a supportive Senior PM, managing a pod of long-term, loyal clients across a well-maintained portfolio.

About the Role:

• Work in a pod alongside another PM as a pod, across 380 properties
• Routines handled by a dedicated team, conduct overflow inspections as needed
• Programs: Flk it Over, PropertyTree, Bricks&Agent, and Inspection Express
• Monday to Friday role
• Onsite parking
• Supportive Team leader and General Manager
• Relief Property Manager for when you go on leave

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate, or junior PM looking to step up
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in PropertyTree is highly desirable
• A collaborative and proactive attitude with a focus on building client relationships
• NSW Certificate of Registration holder minimum
• Own car and Driver's License
