We’re on the hunt for a Property Manager to step into a well-supported role with a reputable agency based in the Concord area. This is a team that genuinely values their staff, has excellent systems in place, and fosters a culture of collaboration, trust, and fun.

• Property Tree for efficient portfolio management
• End-to-end management of a clean, high-end residential portfolio
• Strong focus on client communication and relationship mgt
• Managing repairs, renovations, and NCAT
• Using Property Tree and Inspection Manager
• No leasing, BDM, trust accounting, or routine inspections required

We're looking for:

• Proven experience managing a property portfolio of approx 150+
• A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Reliable car & NSW drivers licence
• Professionalism, excellent communication, and a solutions-focused mindset
