About the Role:
- Manage a well-maintained city portfolio of 200 properties
- No leasing or trust accounting responsibilities
- No ingoings or open homes
- Routines are mostly completed by tenants using Inspection Manager
- Programs: PropertyTree, Inspection Manager, and Flk it over
- Repairs and maintenance
- NCAT prep and attendance as required
- Rent reviews, arrears and relationship management
- Reasonable tenure at previous roles – stability is key for our client!
- At least 2 years of Property Management experience
- Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication skills (Chinese speaking preferred)
- Proficient in PropertyTree and inspection platforms
- Company car provided for exit and overflow routine inspections
- Work close to Wynyard Station – walk to work and leave your car at home!
- No trust accounting or leasing responsibilities
- Monday to Friday role
- Supportive Director of Property Management
