This role:

• Manage a portfolio of around 120 properties to start
• Portfolio won't get bigger than 180
• No leasing, no opens, no BDM, no accounts
• Just routines & outgoings will have you out of the office
• Take over the portfolio of new managements
• Monday to Friday role only

Essentials include:

• Preferably, at least 18 months of Property Management experience
• Familiarity with Property Tree or Property Me is a plus
• Team player who thrives in a fun and energetic environment
• Aiming for a long-term career in Property Management
