Role
Manage a tidy portfolio of 190 properties with full leasing support, as well as admin and accounts. You will be conducting all aspects of Property Management including inspections, landlord/tenant communication, repairs and maintenance, rent renewals and NCAT attendance.
This client constantly has expansion on the horizon! With regular external training sessions, there will always be room for progression within your role.

To be considered, you must have:
- 1-2 years' experience in a Property Management position
- A class 2 license, current drivers license and reliable car
- High energy and team-focused mindset
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A thorough understanding of the current market
