We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-obsessed Property Administrator to join a tight-knit team of four, working closely with the Head of Retail. This isn't your average admin job. You'll be juggling a variety of tasks that keep the wheels turning across retail leasing, delivery, and asset management. You'll need to be organised, self-sufficient, and a natural communicator who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—you just get it done.

What your day might look like:
- Supporting retail delivery, leasing, and asset management with admin support
- Maintaining and streamlining digital filing systems
- Preparing and formatting documentation (legal, construction, and more)
- Data entry, analysis, and minute taking
- Managing tenant information, documents, and legal paperwork
- Co-ordinating communication across teams like leasing, legal, and construction
- Strong admin experience – ideally in retail leasing or shopping centre environments
- Super organised with ninja-like attention to detail
- Great time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Someone who’s driven, switched-on, and genuinely enjoys ticking off that to-do list
- A strong communicator with solid written and verbal skills
- Confident working independently but still loves being part of a team
- You’ll work with an awesome team who support each other and enjoy what they do
