We are looking for a top-tier sales professional who speaks fluent Mandarin and has a proven track record in off-the-plan property sales. You will sell stock in the Parramatta/ Ryde/ Rhodes and Marsden Park areas. - Work directly for the Developer
- Engaging with potential buyers via phone and email to nurture and convert leads
- Scheduling and conducting property viewings to showcase developments
- Making 20 - 30 outbound calls per day to maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers
- Work closely with the team & Director of Sales to drive sales performance
- Fluent in Mandarin & English – Essential to engage with key buyer demographics
- Proven project sales experience – Minimum 2+ years in off-the-plan property sales
- Confident in phone and face-to-face sales – Strong ability to convert leads
- Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills – A natural closer!
- Real Estate License (Class 1 or 2) is required
- Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends (with 2 days off midweek)
