In your Leasing Consultant role:
- Conduct property inspections : Excellent presentation skills when show casing a property
- Screen tenants: - Review and process applications in a timely manner
- Lease Administration: Prepare, explain, and manage lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Client Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with current tenants and respond to inquiries or concerns, fostering a positive living experience to encourage lease renewals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License – This is essential!
- Reliable Car – You’ll be on the move, so having your own transportation is a must.
- Experience Preferred – Ideally, at least 6 months of experience in leasing or property management.
- Client-Focused & Results-Driven – You’ll thrive in providing exceptional service while achieving your leasing goals.
