Our client, a highly regarded agency, is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join their team and play a vital role in connecting tenants with their perfect homes while supporting the property management division.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to rental enquiries and conduct property inspections with energy and professionalism.
- Process tenancy applications and maintain clear, open communication with landlords.
- Ensure all leasing documentation complies with regulations.
- Deliver outstanding service that leaves tenants and landlords feeling valued and supported.
- At least 6 months of experience in leasing or property management.
- A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
