Leasing Consultant

Are you a motivated and customer-focused professional eager to take the next step in your real estate journey? Our client, a well-regarded agency in the Castle Hill area, is looking for an enthusiastic leasing lonsultant to join their team.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting tenants with their new homes and supporting the property management team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to rental enquiries and conducting property inspections.
• Processing tenancy applications and communicating with landlords.
• Coordinating leasing documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Delivering exceptional service to clients and prospective tenants.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• At least 6 months of experience in leasing or property management.
• A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
