Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Build strong relationships with prospective tenants and landlords
- Handle leasing enquiries and applications efficiently
- Assist with property marketing and advertising
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups throughout the leasing process
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate or customer-focused roles
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and a reliable car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Availability to work Saturdays with a mid-week day off
- A genuine interest in progressing into property management
