Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ingoings/routine inspections and manage maintenance for the portfolio
- Oversee the leasing process, from advertising to lease signings
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Generous leasing and new business incentives
- 1 weekday off per week (Saturday work essential)
- Learn and grow with an experienced team
- Certificate of Registration & reliable vehicle
- Prior experience is preferred but not essential
- Enthusiasm for property management and excellent communication skills
