About the Role:

• Conduct and manage open homes
• Liaise with tenants ensuring smooth communication
• Process rental applications efficiently
• Support the property management team with ingoings
• Prepare properties for online advertising; leases, lease packs, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks

Who We’re Looking For:

• Real estate experience is great, but full training is provided!
• A reliable car, driver’s license, and Certificate of Registration are essential
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative environment
• Able to provide top-notch customer service
• Basic knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
