Our client is seeking a Head of Department to oversee a premium rent roll (average rental $1500 per week) and work closely with the business owner to shape and refine This department processes. This is the perfect opportunity for a senior property manager or team leader looking to step up into a leadership role within a high-end, well-supported team. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Overseeing and optimising the management of a boutique high-end rent roll.
  • Mentoring and guiding a tight-knit team to ensure top-tier service.
  • Implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Delivering outstanding service to a premium clientele.
  • Weekly reporting into Directors - no micro-management
  • All Landlord communication, renewals, reviews, insurance claims+ high end repairs
What We’re Looking For:
  • Ideally a current Class 2 or Class 1 Real Estate License.
  • Own car & full driver’s license.
  • Proven experience in property management, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Confident in managing premium clientele and high-value properties.
  • Experience with REST or PropertyTree (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
