Head of Department

Our client is looking for a head of department to lead and oversee a premium rent roll, working closely with the business owner.
This role is perfect for an experienced senior property manager or team leader ready to step up into a leadership position.


About the Role:

• Oversee the management of a high-end 150-property rent roll
• Full property officer support for leasing
• No leasing, accounts, or BDM responsibilities
• Ingoings/ Outgoings / Routines
• REST is currently in use, with a transition to PropertyTree underway
• Direct collaboration with leadership to refine and enhance department processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have Class 2 licence or Class 1 licence
• Own car and full driver's licence
• Proven experience in property management, ideally at a senior or leadership level
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
• Confident in managing premium clientele and high-value properties
• Experience with REST or PropertyTree preferred but not essential
• Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal
