What You’ll Do:
Reporting directly to the Head of Construction, you’ll oversee contracts for residential projects, end-to-end. Your day-to-day will include:
- Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Handling variations, claims, and disputes with confidence.
- Keeping projects on track by monitoring progress, costs, and risks.
- Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders—from site managers to architects and clients.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in residential or commercial construction.
- A proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
- Great communication skills—you know how to negotiate, collaborate, and get things done.
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
- A salary package up to $170,000, tailored to your experience.
