Commercial Property Manager

Our client is a high-energy real estate group on the Northern Beaches known for its outstanding results and brilliant customer service. Their team is ambitious, dynamic, and dedicated to providing top-notch real estate services across the board. We are searching for a client-focused commercial property manager to join the ambitious team and look after a portfolio of 250 commercial assets across the Northern Beaches. Many of your clients will be HNWI, who have been with this portfolio and business for many years so outstanding levels of communication skills are essential for this role!

The role:

• Oversee the management of 250 Commercial, Retail & industrial properties
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet all regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain relevant registers for compliance
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvement plans.

Essentials needed:

• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Knowledge of  Property Tree or similar software is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Real Estate License or Certificate with up-to-date CPD
• Northern Beaches residents only
