Our client is a household name in the Sydney residential project space, recognized as one of the top locally owned development groups. With over 10,000 apartments in their pipeline, this dynamic team is growingwe are now in need of an expreinced Client Relationshops Coordinator to help take their customer service to the next level! 

This isn’t just any customer service role. You’ll work closely with the Client Relationship Managers o expand and refine a constantly evolving department where no two days are the same. Based at the head office, your responsibilities will range from liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assisting with all aspects of the pre-settlement process. And it’s not just desk work—you’ll have opportunities to visit various sites and be hands-on in delivering exceptional client experiences.

The day to day tasks will include:
  • Manage client inbox, respond to emails, and resolve buyer issues.
  • Handle purchaser communications, including welcome and follow-up calls.
  • Act as first contact for purchaser inquiries across all channels.
  • Address complaints and escalate as needed.
  • Set up and manage purchaser surveys, including data reporting.
  • Monitor survey responses and provide summaries for management.
  • Coordinate pre-settlement events, including bookings and catering.
  • Attend pre-settlement events (outside hours; time in lieu provided).
  • Help create owner literature like move-in guides.
  • Contribute to loyalty and retention program development.
  • Process invoices for the Client Relations team.
The successful Candidate:
  • Experienced in customer service within property.
  • Loves connecting with people and helping them.
  • Thrives on turning negatives into positives.
  • Organised, passionate, driven, and punctual.
  • Adaptable with a flexible attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Confident with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Can follow direction and work independently.
  • White Card a plus (not essential).
  • Licence and own vehicle preferred.
