The need for Buyer's Agency services is on the rise, and we are working with our long-term client to enhance their well-established Residential Buyer's Agency team located on the Lower North Shore. Already networked with many lending institutions and real estate agents, this offers an excellent opportunity for an easy transition into a Buyer's Agent role with a strong chance of success.
With the backing of two non-competing Directors and in collaboration with another highly skilled Buyers Agent, you will benefit from extensive support, training, and mentorship. Focusing on purchases for investors, this Property Group also provides a comprehensive Property Management division to help maintain strong connections with your clients.

- Working with clients already signed with this office
- Nurturing existing relationships with referral partners
- Building networks with new referral partners
- Developing relationships with agents for off-market opportunities
- Sourcing & inspecting suitable properties for purchase
- Negotiating purchases of property, including bidding at auction
- Guidance from Directors who are industry experts across Residential and Commercial Property purchases

- Generous splits up to 60% of total commissions
- Base salary up to $65,000 package
- Qualified leads given to get you up and running

Candidate essentials:
- Experience working either as a residential sales agent or buyers agent
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Exceptional understanding of the Sydney Real Estate market
- Ability to foster strong client relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills, including auction experience
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
