Our client is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Growth Manager/New Business Manager with a background in Real Estate.
The client has a focus on excellence, offering a unique opportunity to work across both their strata management and construction arms, particularly in vertical construction and rectification projects.
The Role:
As a BDM, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and generating your own leads.
With a team of seven in the office, you’ll be joining a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert inbound enquiries via the website and calls
- Generate and manage your own leads
- Cross-sell services between our strata and construction businesses
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage our updated website and DL marketing materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BDM in Real Estate
- Sound understanding of Strata processes
- Certificate of Registration preferred
- Reliable vehicle and full driver’s licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in cross-selling services is a plus
