The Role:
As the new Appointment Setter, you'll receive hot, warm, and cold leads from the marketing team. Your main role will be to identify promising leads for the sales team and schedule meetings with potential clients. With daily targets and commissions, you'll be motivated to make at least 50 calls per day.
The Successful Candidate:

Requirements
- MUST have prior experience in Real Estate with Agents Certificate.
- Experience in phone sales and working to targets
- Able to build rapport and understand people's financial position
- Highly organised with great levels of attention to detail
- English as a first language with strong verbal communication skills
- Monday to Friday role only working in fantastic offices
- Commissions up to $150 per qualified lead booked
- Base salary of $55,000 (non debit/credit)
