Your role will encompass:
- Sustaining consistent client engagement to fulfill marketing requirements
- Continuously enhancing services based on feedback
- Steering client projects with frequent updates
- Formulating strategies for revenue enhancement
- Preparing monthly expenditure and digital analytics reports
- Assembling performance reports for the agency on a monthly basis
- Presenting quarterly briefings to the client's executive team
- Managing a team of three direct reports
- Working closely with the leadership team
- A thorough understanding of Real Estate / Property Marketing
- Extensive familiarity with relevant technology
- Outstanding client relationship abilities
- An analytical mindset prioritising results and data
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in presenting to Executive teams or Boards
- The confidence to lead, manage, and mentor a team
