Leasing Consultant/Property Officer

Looking to grow your property management career in a supportive and well-respected agency? We’re on the hunt for a proactive leasing consultant or property officer to join a busy, tenant-focused team in the Maroubra area.
If you’ve got 6–12 months of experience and you're eager to build on your skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a great team while supporting a Senior Property Manager with a well-run portfolio of approx. 220 properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting open homes, ingoing and routine inspections
• Handling tenancy applications and leasing admin
• Supporting with maintenance coordination and tenant communication
• Learning and growing your skills in a fast-paced, supportive team environment

We’re Looking For:

• Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent)
• Your own reliable car and current driver's licence
• Availability to work Saturdays when required
• 6–12 months’ experience in real estate (leasing/admin/property officer)
• Familiarity with Property Tree, FLK it Over and TApp is a bonus
• Strong communication, attention to detail and a can-do attitude
